January 2011: No booze, dairy, red meat, sugar and "refined" carbs. How am I going to last a month without wine and bread? Supportive as ever, my husband agreed to do it with me. I made a promise to him to stick with it - and if you can't make a commitment to your spouse, who can you make one to?

January Detox Summary
I feel great, I look great (down 5 lbs!) and really just missed a little chocolate and wine by the end. I want to try to stick with it (as I feel gross after breaking the detox last night), so I'm going to continue to record the things that AREN'T detox worthy to ensure moderation!
